Tracking your order
Where to find your courier and tracking link, how to read the status, and when to ask us to chase the courier.

Where your tracking details are
Once your order ships, we send you the courier name, the tracking (AWB) number and a live tracking link. The link shows the latest scan and the expected delivery date.
Checking the status
Open the tracking link any time. It shows where the package currently is, for example "In transit from Delhi hub", and the expected delivery date.
When to contact us
If the tracking has not updated in 48 hours, tell us. We will chase the courier directly. The published delivery windows in our shipping policy are 7 days from dispatch for priority shipping and 14 days for standard, so you never need to wait longer than that to raise it.
- Open a request at /requests/new, or reply to your shipping email.
- Share your order number and the tracking number if you have it handy.
- We investigate with the courier and come back to you within 2 business days.
If the expected delivery date has already passed, contact us straight away. The article "What to do when a shipment is delayed" in this help centre explains how we handle that.
