The 72-hour window
If your product arrives broken, damaged in transit or not working at all, report it within 72 hours of delivery. That keeps you inside the dead-on-arrival window published in our refund policy, which carries the fastest resolution path.
Travelling, or unable to check the parcel within 72 hours? Email us within that window to flag it and we extend the check window to 7 days from when you return.
What to do
- Open a request at /requests/new with your order number. Do this within 72 hours of delivery.
- Attach 2 to 3 photos of the unit, the box and any damage to the packaging. If the issue is functional rather than cosmetic, add a short video showing it. An unboxing video helps, especially on orders above ₹5,000, but it is never a precondition for your claim.
- We start with 10 minutes of guided troubleshooting by WhatsApp or phone. Some issues have simple fixes, so we always try this first.
- If that does not resolve it, we arrange a free pickup, scheduled within 3 to 5 working days, and run a bench test at our Lucknow workshop. Before pickup, follow the reverse-pickup packing guide and send the machine only, no accessories or water tank.
- Once the issue is confirmed, you choose the remedy: repair, replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
If you ordered on Amazon
The same warranty applies. If you want a replacement, use Amazon's return flow in your Amazon account. Please still open a request with us so our team can track the case and help.
Missed the 72 hours?
Report the issue anyway. Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from delivery, so a genuine fault does not stop being covered after the first 3 days. The article "How to file a warranty claim" walks you through it.
