If your package arrived damaged, don't worry — we'll make it right.
- Don't discard the packaging. Photos of the outer box, inner packing and the product are what the courier claim needs.
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fixcoffee.in with your order number and the photos, or submit a request from this page.
- We'll file the carrier claim on our side and ship a replacement as soon as the claim is registered — you don't need to chase the courier.
