If your package arrived damaged, don't worry — we'll make it right.

  1. Don't discard the packaging. Photos of the outer box, inner packing and the product are what the courier claim needs.
  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fixcoffee.in with your order number and the photos, or submit a request from this page.
  3. We'll file the carrier claim on our side and ship a replacement as soon as the claim is registered — you don't need to chase the courier.
