  • You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as the order ships.
  • If tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 days, reply to your order confirmation or raise a request here with your order number — we'll chase the carrier.
  • An order is treated as lost when the carrier confirms it, or after 15 business days without movement. At that point you choose: full refund or a fresh dispatch.
