What does my warranty cover, and how do I claim?

All equipment sold by Fix Coffee carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects for home use.

Covered: electrical faults, heating failures, pump/pressure faults, defects in materials or workmanship. Not covered: damage from scale build-up (descale regularly!), physical damage, water damage from misuse, normal wear items like gaskets and shower screens.

To claim:

1. Submit a request with your order number and a short video or photos showing the issue.
2. Our team confirms the fault and gives you a claim number.
3. Depending on the fault we repair, replace, or refund.
