Bought our equipment on Amazon? The path depends on timing:

  1. Within the Amazon return window: use Amazon's own return/replacement flow — it's faster and Amazon handles pickup.
  2. After the window closes: come to us directly. Submit a request with your Amazon order ID (starts with 3 digits, e.g. 171-...), and photos/video of the issue. The standard 12-month warranty applies from your delivery date.
