Can I return something I just don't want?

Yes — change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

• A restocking fee of 15% (minimum ₹500) applies to change-of-mind returns.
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days (T+5) of the item passing inspection at our warehouse.
• Items that have been used with coffee or water can't be returned under change-of-mind — those fall under warranty if something's wrong.
